All custom orders are non returnable however if you are unhappy with the product you recieve then please get in touch so that we can rectify any issues.
All orders are made to order, please allow 3-5 working days for the slate to be produced and despatched. If you require your item urgently please email stoneandetch@gmail.com and we will always try our best to accomodate urgent orders.
If your order arrives damaged then please email us with a photo of the damage and we will get another produced and sent out to you as a priority. Please note these are natural products and may contain some imperfections.
